It is very clear from the video that this woman had explosives, as she moved just before the blast, she moved her back toward the van and it can be seen from the video that she has something in her hands. I have no doubt that she is responsible for the blast hence the killing. Now, police need to see other videos, of who dropped her at that spot, or if she walked there, she must have been dropped nearby so she can walk at that spot. Someone must have seen her walking there.
